Admission Agreement and Application
Registration Fee: $150.00
A $150.00 non-refundable fee is payable upon submission of application.
Student Curriculum Fee: $100.00
A non-refundable curriculum fee is payable per child each fiscal year (October 1 – September 31)
regardless of the child’s start date or attendance dates. Any change in the Fee Schedule, will be
publicized with a minimum of thirty days notification.
Tuition Fees: Based on Chosen Plan
Payments are due on the 1st of the month or the 1st and 15th of the month. Any payment made 5 days after the due date is subject to a late fee of $15.00. Tuition is the same monthly regardless of
holidays and Teacher in service days.
Financial Aid available.
Multiple Child Discount
A 10% discount will be applied to your child’s tuition fee when there is another child from the same family enrolled.
Potty Training
Children are not required to be potty trained to attend Noah’s Park Preschool. We ask that you provide diapers and extra clothes. If diaper creams are necessary, please fill out medication form.
Late pick-up
Illness
There is no refund for absence due to illness. Children who are sick should not attend school for 24 hours after symptoms have ceased. Children should stay home until they feel well enough to participate in normal social activities.
Withdrawal
Parents must notify the Preschool Director in writing 2 weeks in advance if they will be withdrawing their child from our program (no refunds will be given).
Sign in & out Compliance
Licensing requires the person dropping off and/or picking a child up from school to sign the child in and/or out and document the accurate time. A complete signature is required for compliance, initials are not adequate.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Noah’s Park Preschool does not discriminate based on race, religion or national origin. We try to accommodate children with special needs whenever possible.
Conditions of Termination
Noah’s Park Preschool reserves the right to terminate the agreement if:
• We are unable to meet the needs of child/children
• Excessive late pick up
• More than 3 checks returned, or bank card declined
• The child presents a health or safety threat
• Lack of parental cooperation
Dept. of Social Services – Community Care Licensing:
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Department has the authority to interview children or staff and to inspect and audit child or child care center records without prior consent.
